Coffee and Sweatpants

It’s Sunday!!!! I’m a big fan of sundays. They almost always mean a nice, slow morning accompanied by some sort of delicious breakfast/brunch.

Today’s scramble was eggs, chipotle grain fake sausage, tomatoes, spinach, red onion, and pepperjack cheese with yummy multigrain bread.

After breakfast it was onto the tough task of catching up on Modern Family and Glee episodes with Charlie — not sure I can fully express my huge appreciation for Modern Family. Phil is so geniusly hilarious.

Tonight I’ll be getting some dinner with my friend Kyley and roommate Johna  — not sure yet what sort of foods we’ll be after, but I have a pretty good feeling I will eat it all….

“It’s an empowering idea. The entire goliath of the food industry is ultimately driven and determined by the choices we make as the waiter gets impatient for our order or in the practicalities and whimsies of what we load into our shopping carts or farmers’ market bags.” - Jonathan Safran Foer ..............................................................
