Mmmmmmm Kodiak cakes.

Plus scramble.

Oh the wonder of the kodiak cake — they are fluffy, light, SO easy to make, and have the best little salty kick if you make them right! Now if only I could find them for sale in more stores….. note to Kodiak cakes, branch out in New York more, and I will eat you. That is a promise.

Breakfast for two.

This week’s weather is supposed to be heaven. Can’t wait to get out there and run!

“It’s an empowering idea. The entire goliath of the food industry is ultimately driven and determined by the choices we make as the waiter gets impatient for our order or in the practicalities and whimsies of what we load into our shopping carts or farmers’ market bags.” - Jonathan Safran Foer ..............................................................
