Breakfast this morning was a tasty scramble cooked up with grape tomatoes and red onion, topped with avocado, and served with 2 slices of sunflower multi-grain bread.

Always the best with some sea salt and plenty of hot sauce.

This afternoon I’m going for a run in this nice weather! It’s been gloomy for days and I’m ready to get back outside after I do a quick upper body workout.

In other news, I’m really into these t-shirts:

I think I’ll probably wear it everyday. Too bad they don’t have an asterisk version that says “except for the occasional scallop” on the back. Now that would be glorious. If you’re into these or know someone who would be, check them out here: http://www.nomeatathlete.com/updated-shirts/

Good stuff.

“It’s an empowering idea. The entire goliath of the food industry is ultimately driven and determined by the choices we make as the waiter gets impatient for our order or in the practicalities and whimsies of what we load into our shopping carts or farmers’ market bags.” - Jonathan Safran Foer ..............................................................
