eat. more. vegetables.

you’ll always be glad you did.

acorn squash. roasted. on a bed of greens. drizzled with olive oil. salt.

artichoke. steamed and then sautéed in garlic and coconut butter.

chopped salad. romaine. grape tomatoes. carrots. red onion. celery. sprouts.

drizzled with a dressing of olive oil. lemon. salt. pepper. dash of rice vinegar.

have you eaten your greens yet today?
