chips

grated cheddar

sliced tomatoes

kidney beans

black beans

chopped onion

salsa

avocado

this one is about as self-explanatory as it gets. as is the case in life, the more cheese, the better.

always reliable to be delicious…

…especially after running ten miles!!!!!!! (count the fingers please)

for the first time since mono, it felt pretty great.

61 degrees and sunny doesn’t suck either. oh fall. fall, fall, fall.

time to tend to my limbs and drink a gallon of water.
