Breakfast this morning was a tasty scramble cooked up with grape tomatoes and red onion, topped with avocado, and served with 2 slices of sunflower multi-grain bread.
Always the best with some sea salt and plenty of hot sauce.
This afternoon I’m going for a run in this nice weather! It’s been gloomy for days and I’m ready to get back outside after I do a quick upper body workout.
